Hinda’s “Undisputed Leader” Program
As we celebrate our 35th anniversary in the incentive industry, we continue to pursue the goal of ultimate customer satisfaction.
To emphasize this goal, Hinda established the “Undisputed Leader” program in 2004.
“Undisputed Leader” is an employee-managed initiative that invests all departments in our mission to improve service,
develop innovative ideas, and engage our suppliers, clients and program participants in our quality quest.
What “Undisputed Leader” means to our valued customers:
Increased Service Levels
While we have always been a service leader, we are measuring our order processing and
award fulfillment times to ensure prompt delivery to program participants.
Enhanced Customer Service
Online features such as seasonal offers, product specials and info-packed articles we call
“Learn More About” (link to articles) provide program participants with an enhanced shopping experience.
Expanded Fulfillment Capabilities for Worldwide Programs
Hinda has joined in establishing the
World Award Alliance, a global partnership of leading
performance improvement companies that provides a centrally managed solution combining
global access with local service to support your award program in virtually every country on every continent.
The Undisputed Leader program is managed by 13 employees representing all departments within Hinda. The program is two-fold.
It benefits employees and the employees are driving customer service. The primary focus of the program is to improve
overall service and customer satisfaction. When positive results are recognized not only are customers rewarded
with a higher level of service, but Hinda employees are also rewarded with points they can redeem.
As Michael Arkes, CEO of Hinda, explained to employees during the program’s inception,
“You can decrease and possibly negate the positive effect of the award experience if it is burdened with poor service.
That’s why we must place so much importance in exceeding the participant’s expectation with prompt reward
delivery and flawless execution of our services.”
