Hindas staff of merchandising professionals
has tremendous experience in sourcing and buying the types of merchandise
program participants are motivated to earn. You will find our award
assortment contains only name-brand merchandise.
- Members of Hindas merchandising team attend
the major industry trade shows each year to learn and see what
new items will be hot during the coming year. We then incorporate
these types of items into our on-line catalog as soon as they
are available, and include them in our print catalogs as soon
as possible.
- Guaranteed PricingHindas catalog prices
are guaranteed (up to 18 months from the issuance of the catalog).
- Inventory ControlApproximately 87% of the
items we invoice ship from our own warehouse. Our goal is to maintain
92% inventory availability for shipment within 48 hours of order
processing.
- Guaranteed SatisfactionOur goal is to ensure
a happy participant. If an award winner receives an item that
does not meet with their expectations they may contact our customer
service group within 30 days to request a return authorization.
Upon receipt of the return they may make a new selection. If an
item is received defective or is damaged in transit, our Customer
Service staff will work with the recipient to resolve the issue
as quickly as possible.
- Product SubstitutionsOccasionally an item
may be on backorder status due to a manufacturers inability
to ship in a timely manner. In the event an item is on an extended
backorder, Hinda will make every effort to identify a substitute
item of equal or greater value. Due to the unique nature of some
items, this policy does not apply to all items.
- Replacements/Discontinued ProductsDue to
new product introductions throughout the year, certain models
may be discontinued and replaced with items of equal or greater
value. If a comparable replacement is not available, the item
may be removed from the assortment.
- Hindas merchandising staff can assist in
the development of a custom award assortment which meets your
budget guidelines and participant demographics.
