A visit to Hinda’s warehouse facility in Chicago is the best way to understand the capabilities and pride we have for this aspect of our business. Benito Bustamante, our Warehouse Manager of 25+ years, and his entire crew manage the fulfillment and shipment of award products like no other.

Services:

• Prompt shipment of product. Hinda is committed to shipping 100% of orders from in-stock inventory within 48 hours of processing.
  
  
• Daily receipt of merchandise. Merchandise is posted immediately and made available for shipment.
  
  
• Over 3,500 different products stored in our 75,000 square-foot, on-site facility.
  
  
• Pre-inspection of product to ensure quality and accuracy.
  
  
• Double overwrap of delicate merchandise to ensure damage-free delivery.
  
  
• Shrink wrap all multiple piece truck shipments to ensure clean and damage-free delivery.
  
  
• Shipping label identifies shipper as “Award Headquarters” with our toll-free customer service number listed.
  
  
• Customer Service personnel assist with tracers and claims, when necessary.
  
  
• White-glove delivery service included for select items.

Maintaining our own warehouse facility also allows us to conduct a special event we call the “Warehouse Dash.” Such a program allows corporations to recognize their top achievers through a highly promotable and spirited event where participants travel to Chicago and have the opportunity to “grab” the merchandise they want in a timed race through our warehouse.
