Hinda prides itself on an internal program that drives the continuous need to improve service, develop innovative ideas, create efficiencies, and deliver total customer satisfaction.

Our Undisputed Leader program is employee-managed and spans all departments and all Hinda employees.

Each month, service levels and goals are monitored and measured. Performance is reported and, on a quarterly basis, points are awarded to all employees based on company performance. The structure of the program ensures engagement at all levels and helps us reach our goal of being the undisputed leader in our industry.
