Mike Donnelly, CPIM
President
Mike Donnelly is a 35-year-plus veteran of the incentives, recognition, engagement, and loyalty industries. Mike is responsible for all leadership aspects of Hinda, including sales, marketing, product development, strategic direction, and operations. Mike has received the IMA’s prestigious Karen Renk Award, and Incentive Magazine named him one of the top 25 most influential people in the industry. He has also received numerous other industry honors, holds the IMA’s CPIM designation, is a board member and current chair of the Incentive Federation, and has served as a board member of the Incentive Marketing Association.
Mike and his Hinda team are continuously working on the future of engaging rewards, as well as online innovative tools that keep sales, channel partners, employees, and customers engaged with client programs. Mike joined Hinda as a consultant in 2013 and was named president of Hinda Incentives in 2014.

Theresa Thomas, CPIM, CLMP, CEP
Vice President, Strategic Solutions
Theresa Thomas leads Hinda’s Strategic Solutions team. Her team is responsible for the ongoing development and positioning of the market strategy for both B2C and B2B product and service solutions, as well as for successful presentation and implementation of the company’s solution set.
Theresa works with Hinda’s partner network and internal resources to develop the most appropriate solution for each client’s needs. She joined Hinda in 2006 as a client solutions director and was named vice president of strategic solutions in 2014, and holds the IMA’s CPIM designation as a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional.
Best advice I was ever given: “Listen intently.” Paying close attention to others is so important in seeking to understand anything. It helps me so much as I look to add value to every interaction.

Stacey Wilson, IP
Vice President, Business Management
As vice president of business management, Stacey Wilson oversees the pricing, data analytics, program management, and customer service operations. Stacey joined Hinda in 1995 as an executive assistant and has worked her way up the ranks, holding positions as program manager, client services manager, director of program operations, and director of business analytics, among others. The wealth of knowledge and broad skill set she’s developed over her 25-year career is an asset to the position and to the company overall.

Brian Korn
Director of Professional Technical Services
Brian Korn leads the charge on implementation and support of all Hinda-created software. This includes client-facing flagship products, internal tools, and applications to support them, as well as any necessary consulting services along the way. With his 20 years of technical experience and 15-plus years of Hinda knowledge — whether it’s designing a new solution for a specific client request, answering a simple question, or helping bring another one of our president’s ingenious visions to reality — Brian will see it through from beginning to end!

Stacey Allgeier
Account Manager
Stacey Allgeier is passionate about creating meaningful relationships between the brands she supports and the customer they serve. She has spent her career honing her skills as a loyalty marketer and has helped the largest retailers develop strategies and plans to engage shoppers. Stacey’s expertise spans every aspect of the customer journey. Identifying needs, targeting and segmenting buyers to maximize value, and creating integrated marketing campaigns are just some of Stacey’s specialties. Using traditional and digital channels, she helps her B2C clients build the bonds to keep their businesses growing.

Tom Campbell, CPIM
Business Development Director
As a 30-year industry veteran, Tom Campbell has in-depth experience in all three channels of performance improvement — employee engagement, channel programs, and loyalty. He has sold to the Fortune 100, successfully creating programs that provide excellent ROI to client companies. At Hinda, where Tom is the West Coast Business Development Director, he works with Value Added Resellers (VARs) in developing their clients’ businesses in all three channels of performance improvement. Tom holds the IMA’s CPIM designation as a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional.

Dena Sullivan, IP

A 17-year industry veteran, Dena Sullivan thoroughly understands the needs of VAR partners and end-user clients. She is equally comfortable advising top Fortune 1000 companies on incentive and loyalty solutions to improve results as she is helping startup VARs develop a growth plan for their business. Dena understands the extremely competitive landscape and takes a hands-on approach to provide creative incentive, recognition, and loyalty solutions that hit the mark for end-user clients while simultaneously building long-term strategic relationships for her VAR partners. With 30 years of experience in the incentive and recognition industry as a Value Added Reseller (VAR), Brad Brettschneider is comfortable presenting to clients whether in the cubicle of the program administrator or the board room of the corporate executive. He will always listen first before recommending any solution and believes every client should be very wary of sales consultants who are too eager to make a PowerPoint presentation about their capabilities before they have heard the client’s issues. Brad has been a speaker at many safety conferences, SHRM events, and sales association events.

Jim Kilmetis is a veteran of the incentive, recognition, and engagement industries with over 25 years’ experience. He is masterful at helping Hinda Reseller Partners develop strategies for expanding business opportunities and providing creative solutions for their clients and prospects. Jim believes in partnerships and takes a very hands-on approach to engaging and teaching value-added resellers. With his extensive experience and knowledge of the needs of partners and their clients, he leads Hinda teams to create win-win relationships.
